Once again Cold War Steve conjures up another powerful image in the time of COVID-19. It shows behind-the-scenes shenanigans of our business tycoons (shitehawks) as they plot to ransack the government coffers as they procure PPE. His resurrection of some titular Irish slang is perfectly paired with a collage inspired by Edward Hopper.

No doubt Dominic Cummings, never one to miss regurgitating new ideas, will be suggesting to Michael Gove that the concept could be extended to ministers and friends, who are always anxious to make a quick buck.
